Service Delivery:
A licensed mental health provider refers a client for PRP services to our office.
Staff will contact the client within 48 hours to schedule an assessment.
A Rehabilitation Specialist, a licensed mental health clinician, will meet with the client to develop his/her individual rehabilitation plan, in which the client identifies goals to work on.
A Rehabilitation Coordinator will assist, teach, and work with the client to develop the applied skills to achieve the goals of his/her rehabilitation plan through onsite and offsite activities.
At Star Behavioral Health & Recovery Center, weekly structured onsite activities and offsite visits are offered to improve our clients’ quality of life. We have weekly onsite activities at our office, in which clients learn and participate in a variety of educational topics and interactive activities in a group setting. We have Rehabilitation Coordinators, experienced and trained professionals, who visit clients in their home or a community setting on a weekly basis. Our Rehabilitation Coordinators work closely with clients to help educate, teach, and model skills to help them to achieve their goals while on their road of recovery and integrating in the community.
